Onslow and Carteret counties are split by the White Oak River and both border along Bogue Sound. A beautiful location for year-round or vacation living. We have properties near both Camp Lejuene and Cherry Point military bases, subdivisions with water views and access, and some just out in the country. We also have beach properties in Emerald Isle, from ocean front to sound front, and everything in between. Moderate temperatures and friendly residents make this an excellent place to call home. Jacksonville is known primarily for Camp Lejuene, but just outside are the smaller towns of Hubert and Swansboro. The waters are a year-round source of enjoyment. In the summer, you can enjoy water skiing, sailing, conoeing and windsurfing. With Bogue Inlet nearby you also have easy access for deep sea fishing or scuba diving. And the fall offers some great fishing when the croakers and spots are running. The choice is yours - catch your own, buy fresh seafood at one of the waterfront markets, or enjoy one of the fine seafood restaurants. We also have a ferry running over to the Hammocks Beach State Park with its unspoiled beaches, and Croatan National Forest bordering the White Oak River. And then there are the beaches of Emerald Isle, with Bogue Inlet Pier and public access to the beach and Bogue Sound. All in all, a great place to call home!
